NOTE

  • The colleges should produce a bonafide certificate for all the participating teams attested by the head of the institution and the sports director on the college letter head.
  • SPECIFY THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS FROM YOUR COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY
  • CRICKET ENTRIES ARE BY INVITATION ONLY.
  • In case of any protest, the team will have to pay Rs. 1000. If the protest is upheld, the money will be refunded.
  • Accommodation will be provided from 1st February 2020 from 5pm onwards till 5th February night.
  • The entry fees for outstation participants which includes registration, accommodation, transportation and food will be Rs400 for per person .
  • Caution deposit of Rs.2000 per team, which will be refunded. If there is any damage done to college or hostel property the amount will be deducted from the caution deposit and the college will not be allowed to participate in future.
  • If there is a dispute in the decision, the organizer decision is final.
  • The college ID cards of the participants should be produced failing which, they won't be allowed to participate.
  • Last date for entries is 20th January 2020.
  • Entries can be downloaded online at www.jainvie.com and mailed to jainsports2017@gmail.com, hardcopy can be sent to Director of sports Jain University (91/2, Dr. A.N. Krishna Rao Road, V.V Puram, and Bangalore-560004.)
  • Any misconduct by any member of the team will be reported to their institution and will not be allowed to participate in the tournament. The information about the player will be given to their respective federation.
  • Participating teams may please inform the organizing secretary at Jain University of their date, mode and time of arrival well in advance. The tournament venue is at The Sports School. Teams are requested to report at SBM JAIN COLLEGE #91/2, Dr. A.N. Krishna Rao Road, V.V. Puram, Bangalore 560 004 from where transport will be allotted to the tournament venue. Shuttles will start from 4 PM on 1stFebruary and Teams are requested to inform the timing accurately so appropriate transport can be allotted to the team.
  • Prizes will be awarded to the winners of the event
  • Team manager / coaches should accompany along with the team and are responsible for any misconduct of their players and safety.

Any indisciplinary activity and Consumption and use of alcohol and narcotics and smoking in campus is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate disqualification of team and the university.

Local teams

  • Only regular bonafide students of the college/university are eligible to participate in the tournament.
  • Team should be accompanied by the Physical Director/Coach compulsorily.
  • Team players should produce their individual identity card for all the matches.
  • Team players should come in proper playing kit and team uniform.
  • Team should report 30minutes prior to the match in the respective venue.
  • Tournament will be conducted as per AIU rules.
  • All are requested to co-operate.
  • Teams are expected to bring serviceable ball for their match.
